This is CoFP

The Collection of Failed Projects is a growing database of initiatives which never took place or did not work out, or even ended badly.

I've started the collection in 2022 after I had came to the conclusion that one of my projects, which I worked on for a good while, would not be realised. The project had been on hold for a long time and the new circumstances made it harder to continue. The elements were of course always to blame, but here, I had decided to give up. The project had failed.

The idea of failure made me feel uncomfortable and a bit ashamed. Even though I knew this happens to the best of us, failure stories were hard to find. How do others experience this, how do they move on? When do they perceive a project as "failed" and how do they reflect on it?

Many interesting stories came up and led to the creation of the collection.
